Marco Polo Aged Care Services is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of aged care services for the people of the Illawarra.  We provide care to our residents in our Unanderra and Woonona aged care facilities and to our residents in their own home through community care packages.

The key objective of the carer position is to provide exceptional person-centred quality care to our residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.  The needs and wishes of individual residents are met as a priority and care service employees deliver services and supports that ensure the health and well being of our residents.
